Description: Alexa is 6' 1" with long blond hair and piercing silver-blue eyes. She wears the normal blue military uniform with metal spiked gauntlet on her right arm, and steel-toed boots.

Rank/Occupation: Colonel (Assigned to East Area. In temporary command in absence of capable officers)
Personality: Alexa is an incredibly cold person, almost to the point of showing no emotion, but does however feel anger, which can sometimes be an extreme for her.
Family & Friends: Alive, but they don't keep in contact.
History: Alexa grew up in Dublith, and while growing up she learned how to do alchemy and used it to help with various tasks around town and playing pranks with her best friend Jack.
As the years past Alexa and her best friend Jack steadily grew closer and closer. But things did not go the way Alexa had wanted, sometime after Jack's 19th birthday he was diagnosed with an incurable disease devastating Alexa.
After a month Jack died from the disease almost sending Alexa into a depressive slump. She then got the thought into her head to fix things by using alchemy. After a month of studying human transmutation she set up the array and gathered all of the ingredients necessary, then she activated the array.
Alexa then found herself in front of a giant gate which slowly creaked open, once completely open a large amount of knowledge was downloaded into her head.
After the transmutation she realized her failure and was promptly kicked out of her home by her parents for what she did. Being completely disowned by her family she left the small town.
On her travels she saved several people using her alchemy skills but when they thanked her she felt nothing, no joy, no sorrow, no love only anger, hate and nothing. The price she had paid was meaningless after it had been paid.
After a few months of traveling, she found herself in Central and decided to take the State alchemist test. She passed it with flying colors and her ability to transmute without a circle aided with that.
Once she gained state qualifications and her title the Stone cold Alchemist for her personality traits. And a few months after that she quickly achieved the rank of Colonel.

Branch/Specialty: Alexa specializes in ice and earth transmutation. By manipulating the minerals in the earth and water molecules in the air and surrounding area.
Transmutations: Ice wall- A wall of solid ice is formed from the water in the area to create a solid wall to protect Alexa from harm.
Black-ice Trident- If Alexa loses her gauntlet she creates a trident by combining the iron in the ground and freezing water onto it, to give it an extra edge.
Attack Transmutations: Ice Breaker- Alexa uses an ice based transmutation on people who try to touch her. She freezes the water in some sections of a person's arm, and then uses her elbow to break the now brittle bone.
Black Ice spikes- Using both the ground, and water in the air and surrounding, Alexa transmutes spikes of stone, covered in even thicker spikes of ice to pierce her enemy.
Ice field- Alexa transmutes any water in the vicinity into a sheet of ice covering the ground, to turn a battle in her favor.
