Even though Amestris is supposedly done with its old ways, Alchemical experiments on humans is still practiced in secret. Disguised as a Special Operations force, Human Chimeras lurk in the military. Although some of these poor creatures volunteered for the experiments in order to pay off debts. the majority were taken against there will, and serve the military in order to hide from their loved ones, not wanting them to see what they've become.
Special Ops Captains: Leaders of the various "Special Ops" teams.
