All was relatively calm in West City. The citizens (which were mainly farmers minding their own business) were snug in their homes, sleeping, being around 11 at night. The only people awake, were the soldiers on patrol, and General Alex Coronel, who was in his office, behind a mountain of paperwork that the Council had given him. The paperwork in question, was alist of military personel, each of which was under consideration for promotion to General. Being the only General on commision, Alex was currently in charge of Amestris, since there was currenlty no Furher, but that was just ffor show. The Council held all the real power. And with that power, they had commanded Alex to pick 4 men and women to become the next Generals.
There was one other peron awake, but calling this creature a person is a bit of a stretch. 'Golgoth' Vadden Mire, better known as the Homunculus Sloth, was just floating into town, and was looking for the man behind the mountain of paperwork. Sloth's mission was simple, and was fairly easy truth be told. He was to find and engage General Alex.

Sloth glided down the main road, feeling somewhat disappointed. When the Master had told him of his mission, he had envisioned fighting a small army in the middle of a desert, with Alex Coronel leading the army against him. Which was why he didn't trust his imagination. His only problem was that this dark street didn't have the right atmosphere to it. Perhaps a nice fireside setting would be perfect for their encounter. Floating over to a car parked on the side of the road, he noticed a particular smell. It was one of those human's filthy habits, inhaling smoldering tobacco. Gross, but perfect for what he needed. Locating the cigarette butt and seeing there were still a few embers on one end of it, he ripped the lid off a car's gas tank and lowered the cigarette in.
Sloth then quickly flew away a few yards as the whole car burst into flames. Then using his gravitational powers, he lifted the car and flung it through the wall of a nearby apartment. He smiled as screams filled the night, the building now beginning to burn. As he thought, the perfect setting.

While filling out paperwork in his office, General Coronel heard an explosion. He looked out the window and noticed a building in flames in the distance. He turned and grabbed his phone. He held it up to talk, "This is General Coronel, what is the report given about the fire that has just started." He waited as a officer was looking through the reports being called in by his subordinates. "General, there has been reports that it was an attack, no word on who it might be, sir."
Alex put down the phone and looked out the window once again and noticed the fire engulfing more buildings. He grabbed his coat and headed out the door. As he walked out he told a few of his subordinates to stay here and others to follow him.
When he arrived at the scene, he noticed the flames were caused by a car that was inside of a building. He looked around to see if any suspects were around.

"So nice to see you, General." Sloth telepathically communicated to Alex's mind. He then floated out into the middle of the street and looked directly at the General. "Fear for your lives." He levitated another parked car and sent it rolling directly at the General's assembly.

Alex turns towards the creature that was talking to him in his mind. As he picked up the parked car and launched it towards the General and his men. "Men, stand back, I will handle this." He then removes his glove and it has his transmutation symbol in it. He puts down his hand on the the ground and causes a wall to move behind his men. It makes a protective wall from the vehicle.
"I dont know who you are but you shall not be hurting anyone else. Be prepared to face my judgement." He slams his hands down on to the ground and causes spikes to come out of the ground aiming towards the enemies position.

"Why did I assume he wasn't an alchemist?!?" Golgoth thought to himself. He shifted his matter to assume his black hole form, which reflected zero light, and then absorbed most of the earth spikes into himself. "I really am afraid," He thought to Alex, "That your judgment won't have any effect on me. As far as I'm concerned, no human can even hurt me if I don't want him too." He fired a half-megaton blast of energy at Alex and his men. "The age of man is drawing to a close."

Noticing the blast coming towards him and his men. Alex slammed his hands down and created a wall that pushed all his men to the sides of the street where the blast will not hit them. He then created another huge wall that came up right under the blast so that it can move it slightly up so it will not hit anyone on floor level. As the blast flew overhead, the General looked at the enemy with disgust.
"You think that you can come in to my city and destroy anything and anyone just like it's a game?" He started to pull of his gloves, to uncover his transmutation symbol in his hands. " You have another thing coming boy"
He then slapped his hands down on the ground and created to huge pillars on the sides of the enemy and attempted them to smash him together.

'Oh, but is is a game, general. Nothing more.' As the pillars crash into him, Golgoth absorbs some of the matter with his black hole form. 'I cannot be destroyed with something so trivial as matter. No of my kind can!' Holding forth his hand, he starts firing miniature black holes that quickly compress all matter in their reach at the Alex's men.

In his last night of stay at West City, Grantz decided to take a last tour around the city in the middle of the night. As he walked alone in the dim lighted street of West City, Grantz suddenly heard a loud explosion and saw flame rising in the distance. Knowing that something had happened, Grantz quickly ran towards the scene. His excellent speed helped him reached the destination in just 5 minutes.
Just as he arrived at the scene, he saw two people were fighting using alchemy, one person wore the uniform and the attributes of Amestris military while the other were just like normal civilian. Not knowing what happened exactly, Grantz decided to just watch the fight.
But then, in the middle of the one-on-one fight, the civilian alchemy started to shoot at the soldiers instead of his opponent. Grantz didn't want the soldiers to get hurt and he quickly touched his chest, activating his transmutation circle and using the light from the rising flame, Grantz boosted the strength of his dual blades. As his alchemy strengthened his blades, his blades started to glow white and he quickly drew the blade from his back.
Then, Grantz reacted in light speed to save the soldiers. Using his dual blades his blocked away the black blasts before even one black blast hit the soldiers. After saving the soldiers, Grantz looked at civilian and said, "Hey! you! Your enemy is that bulky man over there! Not these soldiers! Can you even fight fair?"

'Your sympathies just earned you your own destruction.', said Sloth, irritably turning his attention to the newcomer. 'How can you know they are not my enemies? You humans all act so noble and heroic...Makes me sick.' Again reverting to a black hole, Golgoth started absorbing matter around him.

The black hole grew stronger and started pulling everything into it. From rocks, debris and even road signs. The gravitational pull was so strong that Grantz could barely move. He had to stand still in order to strengthened his position so he wouldn't be sucked by the black hole. Then, while standing still, Grantz though to himself, "Urrhhh.... There not enough light for my to use my alchemy... This is bad.. I shouldn't just jump in this fight..." Then, Grantz looked at the Amestrian general and shouted, "Hey! bulky general!!!! Do something with your alchemy will ya?!"

The General seeing how his ally was in danger, he slammed his hands down and caused a huge wall to come from behind Golgoth, he then brought it down to fall on top of his enemy. He looked over to the alchemist who also seemed to be an officer. "Sorry but don't call me bulky, but thanks for your assistance." He then looked back at his enemies position and put his hands down again and caused 5 large pillars to help to stabilize the wall and push it down if the enemy was strong enough to keep it off.

OoC: I hope you can find it in yourselves to forgive my two month's absence, I was hired for a job at Scoutcamp. Now, back to killing you all...
BiC: 'Thanks.' As the slabs of earth crash down upon Golgoth, his transformed body absorbs all of the earth in direct contact with him. 'Excuse me, General, as amusing as this has been, I fear I must draw the meeting to an end.' Suddenly, a powerful release of energy, equivalent to nearly 3 megatons, blasts forth from Golgoth, sending the General's Earth attacks flying through the air at the State Alchemists and their men.

General Alex noticing his men were in danger from the falling earth rocks, he had to act. He slammed his hands together and then to the floor. Instantly when the hands hit the floor, a massive wall appeared in front of the General and curved to protect his men behind him. A thought crossed his mind that the enemy probably was using this as a chance to retreat.
He looked back at his men and saw they were all protected from any of the rocks that were thrown at them. He smiled at his power to save them upon such a threat as this.

'Trapping yourselves in...' As Golgoth and Alex's fight had progressed, the fire continued to spread unattended. Now, buildings on either side of the original apartment had gone up in flames, as the citizens on the inside desperately tried to escape. The road the fight had been going on had now been terraformed by Golgoth's black hole form and Alex's incessant Earth Alchemy, and had become a strange array of craters, walls, and broken pillars. 'You're not doing your job, General. You're supposed to help the people of this city, and right now you're letting them burn. It's a pity your powers will have to be destroyed...Such a waste.' As he watched the curved wall surrounding Alex's men, he used his gravity powers to make it collapse inward, and for good measure, he fired a nuclear blast at the burning building's foundation, letting it, too, fall towards Alex's men.

Suddenly, the ground beneath the feet of the soldiers and Sloth shook violently, as a small section of it exploded in a flash of red light. From the depths of the hole created by the blast, walked a short figure, wearing a dark brown cloak, with the hood pulled forward so that his face could not be seen.
"I think you've done enough Sloth," the figure said in the voice of what was clearly a young man, "I told you not to kill the General, and if things continue like this, he may get smashed by the falling building."

'Master!' Golgoth turned to the robed figure and bowed his head, which looked rather awkward as he wore a strait jacket. His eyes lingered upon his own feet, like a child that had been caught disobeying. 'Forgive me, I rather went too far...' He slowly backed away from the scene, floating aside to make a clear shot between Azerik and Alex.

The General remembered about the houses burning, he made some pillars to hold the wall up so it will not fall on him and his men. He then looked at his men near the buildings. "Go help the people, I am sure other personnel are on the case but they might need back up." He then opened up a hole in front of him so that he can walk through and confront the enemy. As he walked through he noticed a new individual. He wasn't sure if the new person wan an ally or an enemy. Seeing as though his enemy hadn't attacked the newcomer, he had a feeling he was an ally to the enemy or just powerful enough to have his enemy not attack him.
As he stood in front of the wall he created, he looked at the two and spoke. "Who are you and what is your purpose here?"

"I'm just here to pick up my servant" the figure said turning to face Alex. The face of the short figure would be hidden for the most part, under the large hood of the cloak he was wearing, but just below the hood, a smile could be seen in the light from the fire. "As for who I am.." the figure said as a flash of red light enveloped the area surrounding him, "...you may call me the "Creator"."
As the red light began to fade, a bit of iron from the support beams of a nearby building would suddenly melt, and move through the air toward the hand of the Creator, where it would form into a simple longsword, which the figure would hold at his side, taunting Alex to come closer.
"I sent Sloth here as a warning General" the Creator said still smiling, "soon your country will have much bigger problems than the rebellion in the East."
