Even 100 years after the disaster caused by the artificial humans, known individually as Homunculus, their existence is a mystery to most people. Grief ridden Alchemists from all over still commit the greatest of taboos and these freaks of nature still stalk the land, but the number of those created seems to have increased over the past century, and a new force is rallying them in place of Dante, a person known to the world only as "The Creator" since they are the ones who supply the created Homunculus with the mysterious Red Stones that help to complete them. Unlike Dante however, the Creator has amassed an army of Homunculus, headed by seven super powerful creatures known as "The Seven Deadly Sins", in honor of the Homunculi who caused all the strife 100 years ago. These seven Homunculi go by the names of those they were created from, but are addressed by their fellows by the Sin they represent: Envy, Gluttony, Greed, Lust, Pride, Sloth, and Wrath. While the aims of this new army are a mystery at the present time, it is believe they hold the same aspirations as Dante and the original Seven.
The Creator: While not the literal creator of all the Homunculus, the person holding this rank supplies the monsters with the red stones needed to give them their true forms, and commands them as their leader. Also possesses a strange Alchemy, that produces a red flash when used...
The Seven: The most powerful of the Homunculus, they bear the title of the Deadly Sin which most describes them.
Lower Homunculus: Inferior in both rank and power, these Homunculus make up the masses of the Creator's army. Although they are weaker then the Seven, you shouldn't let your guard down, as they are still formidable.
Alchemists: Some Alchemists, driven by greed, or by fear, side with the Creator, and help to manufacture the red stones needed to give the Homunculus their true forms. (Their faction color is that of an Amestrian citizen, but they can be identified as Homunculus servants by a red star under their name.)
