Right hand rings: Index finger has a small silver gothic looking ring, and ring finger has a small steel snake wrapped around it. Left hand rings: Pinky finger has a small gold looking wire with a small heart in front, and middle finger has a slightly bigger one than the other rings, and is in the same fashion of the gold heart but in stead of a heart its two Alexandrite jewels securely in place.
Tattoos: A black dragon wrapped around her waist just above her hip bones, and a Native American tribal arm band wrapped around her right bicep.

Personality: Velma is generally a very caring and sweet woman, also tries to stay as carefree and bouncy as possible, but sometimes could be easily angered, not without warning of course, but you would have to know her to tell. She tends to change her daily habits during this time, things as little as the way she eats her sandwiches, to changing her style. Its almost as if she has multiple personality's but she really doesn't act different, she just changes behavior. She's intelligent, and strong willed as well as she is beautiful, but tends to blush a little bit when someone complements her, which she quickly attempts to dismiss the situation or the person. Acts tough and never allows herself to cry around anyone, if she does need to cry, she has the ability to hold it until she is in a safe place. Usually thinks logically, and rarely freaks out about anything, she is almost creepy with how calm and patient she is.

-A nice stroll through her imagination while imagining she is killing her enemies.

Velma was born in a small little known town in the mountains where she lived in a cute little cottage. Her mother Aurora owned an inn, and often was very generous and understanding of any travelers who came through who wound up short on cash and needed a place to say. On many accounts these people wound up stealing something, but she never really was bothered by this, she kind of figured that they needed it more then she did and wished them good fortune. Her father only stuck around for the first two years of her life before he mysteriously disappeared right after the news of Aurora becoming pregnant with a second child. After her father left, her mother had a lot of trouble taking care of her two children and running her Inn. She resorted to leaving her children with her neighbor when she couldn't bring them to work. When Velma became ten, she was put in charge of watching her brother when mother was at work. Velma then was basically put in charge of raising her little brother, which allowed them to develop a closer bond that no one could ever come between them.
Velma soon became interested in martial arts and trained a little bit with some of the travelers that passed through, giving her a variety of fighting styles. She practiced at home while she babysat her brother, and soon her brother joined her. Velma and Wesley became better and better with time, and by the time they reached 17 and 19 their mother did not come back from work. They heard the next morning that she was brutally murdered by a traveler she had let stay there for free, and now was gone. This tragedy caused them to begin studying up on something they heard about from a traveler (and even was given a book by this traveler) called alchemy. They both caught on fast, but as they were about to attempt a rebirth of their mother Velma met a handsome young traveler who wanted to sweep her off her feet and take her with him on his travels, after Wesley decided it would be best to allow Velma to do whatever makes her happy she ventured forth with the handsome young traveler quite a ways from home before he became violent and controlling with her, Velma only allowed him to slap her once, but when it came to him attempting to kick the stuffing out of her, she just wouldn't take that lying down.
After putting her new ex in his place, she was completely unsure of what to do now, she did not know where she was, and she had very little money, and no idea how to get back home. With her experiences she managed to get a police officer job in the city she wound up in to save up money to go traveling to find her home once again. This took her about 5 years to save up what she thought was a decent amount of money, and began her travels once she was 24. During her travels she found a wondering wolf/ german shepherd wolf hybrid puppy wondering lost, sick, and hungry, she gladly took the puppy under her wing and nursed it back to health before she continued on her journey. This caused her to get turned around and wound up going the wrong way and ended up in Central, again with no money, at age 27 and with more than just herself to worry about this time. During her time of saving, and traveling she had trained Gene (Her wolf hybrid) and herself everyday with whatever elements they're daily surroundings had. Only this time when she got a job to save up, she became interested in becoming a state alchemist.

Sharp Objects: They are fun and useful. She likes to make random small to large weapons for herself with either random pieces of metal she finds, such as; swords, scythes, axes, ninja stars, you name it, if its metal she can make it.
Healing: After the death of her mother it inspired her to learn how to heal wounds through alchemy. On the inside of her Alexandrite ring is a transmutation circle which allows her to heal minor injuries and poisons. (if it was a snake bite or something like that)
I have a shield: usually doesn't carry one, she makes one at the last second, really she could make a shield out of whatever she has on hand, but the effectiveness of the shield depends on what it was made out of.
Attack Transmutations:
Razor wire tumbleweed: Sometimes as a sick joke she will transmute these slightly smaller than regular tumbleweeds that seem to have a mind of their own and would roll itself toward her opponent at surprising speeds.
Heads or death?: sometimes when she has a small metal coin with her she'll some how get her opponent to agree to do a quick game of heads or tails before they do battle. With just a flip of the coin she could transmute the coin into a dart which will then fly toward her opponent catching them by surprise, with a good shot, she could possibly poke someones eye out.
Razor whip: if its handy, she could combine her bull whip with some metal, and transmute it into something more harmful to her opponent's health.
Puppet master: Sometimes she'll make little 'puppets' to aid her in a fight, little mostly or all metal puppet like creations, that will attack and attempt to dig themselves through her opponent.
