Leon stands at about six foot, five inches and at an incredible weight of 176 lbs. He is very skinny, almost inhumanly, but he manages to get around perfectly well. Due to his slight weight, Leon is able to move about quickly and is as nimble as an acrobat. Leon has a neatly trimmed beard and a mustache on his face, both a light blond.
Attire:On his person, Leon weirs a gray tee shirt, black cargo pants, slightly worn with use. He weirs battle scarred combat boots on his feet, over cotton socks. Over his gray tee, Leon weirs a trademark black trench-coat. On his head, Leon weirs a large sombrero, black as his trench-coat. The brim is firm and is made of a durable material, able to withstand rain, hail, and other elements, as is Leon's trench-coat. One final notice is that Leon weirs knuckle gloves with steel reinforcements on them. On the reinforcements, Leon has a transmutation circle on both gloves.

Leon is a calm and collected individual, capable of making quick decisions and logical choices. Leon is highly intelligent, able to analyze his opponents and situations with ease, and has a lightning quick ability to decipher movements and plans of his enemies. Leon loves a laugh, he normally has a smile on his face, showing that he does have a light side.
Leon, however, is a much deeper individual then the normal get-go. He has a dark, deeply intense side, a murderous past and has his own demons that he is working with. Leon's past is a haunting thing in his life, be he has come to terms with how his life would play out. He has chosen the roll of a mercenary and an assassin, willing to take out high priority targets for a large pay check.
In his off time, Leon loves to read and study, he is deeply into science and loves the study of alchemy. His personal favorite, however, is the study of the cosmos and the universe. Leon spends a lot of time studying the patterns of the stars, and their endless dance in the night sky. Leon is a kind man when with friends, a deadly adversary, and a powerful worker, capable of accomplishing his mission to perfect standards.

History:
The story of Leon W. Deltova is a long and somewhat sorrow filled tale. When he was nothing more then a baby, Leon's parents were killed in a automobile crash, forcing him to live with foster parents. For eighteen years, Leon grew up with the Rantons, a respectable middle class family of five, two hardworking and loving parents, two sisters, and a brother. Leon and his foster brother Scott played together and became fast friends. Leon attended school with Scott and was enamored with science and technology. Through his education life, Leon proved to be one of the most brilliant students in the entire school, helping those less fortunate with problems. Leon also was engrossed in sports. He and Scott both played for the school's football team. Leon was a running back and later on a quarterback for his team. With the combined work of Scott and Leon, the team made it to the finals several times, winning three trophies for first place. Leon also, without the knowledge of his foster family, had a passion for war and military life. In his last few days of a senior at his school, Leon told his parents that he had signed up for the Special Opps Division of the Amestrain Military. Though they told Leon their concerns, they did not stop him. After graduating at the top of his class, Leon went to college funded by the military. Upon receiving his masters in Science and Technology, Leon was awarded the rank of Captain. He flew through the ranks, making it to Colonel in his six years. Durring his military life, Leon was asked to partake in scientific experiments, whose goals were set to making the perfect soldier. In the name of Alchemy, which was never mentioned to Leon, the scientist and Alchemists went to work biologically enhancing him. Though the use of different metals, such as titanium-steel and different alloys of the same variety, Leon's body was bio-mechanically enhanced, making him stronger, quicker, quieter, and deadlier.
The Bio-mechanics, going on old notes from alchemists long past, the scientists and in addition, alchemists worked on ways to replicate the idea of Auto-mail, but making it look and function as a normal limb would. It was successful, but in a few instances, they were unable to attach the augumentations to Leon's limbs. So, as a bypass, they replaced the entire bone or segment with the combination alloys. Keeping the majority of his body normal, the scientists were able to make a "super solder". But due to the costs on Leon through the development of the new alloys and the methods implied and used, the program to continue creating soldiers like Leon was closed indeffinately due to budget costs.
Though the new attachments to his limbs are incredible and exceeded all the parameters of the expected test results, Leon was left weakened in a few ways. He was now heavier, due to some of the different alloys made to be more resilient. Leon had to become physically stronger to cope with the new modifications.
In one of the experiments, after Leon recovered from the modifications to his body, a mishap caused by a mis-scheduled experiment dumped chemicals into Leon's eye. To save the eye, Alchemist were called in and created a sustainable "lock" on Leon's eye. Though they were able to save the eye and restore Leon's vision in that one eye, the chemicals had taken effect, mutating the eye a certain degree.
Leon survived the horrible accident fortunately, but was left with a mutation in his eye after the surgery. He was able to now gaze into someones eyes with his left eye and activate personal terrors and nightmares in them. Due to the mutation, for an unforeseeable reason, however, the effects were multiplied a hundred fold, causing several victims of his eye to die from terror and shock. After years of searching and wearing a specially made eye-patch, Leon discovered that the glass used in making sunglasses, canceled out the effects of his eye. Though it was a part solution, Leon took it none-the-less. To take extra precautions, Leon let his hair grow out long, covering his eye from the occasional passerby. Leon resigned from the Spec Ops at the age of 30, having served his six years. During his time in the there, Leon had trained and studied the ancient arts of swordsmanship. He mastered many of the styles including the Hitenmitsarugi style and rapier dueling. He preferred the katana over any other type of sword, knowing that the katana was symbolical of dedication and master-craftsmanship.
Now that he was out of a job, and after earning a large sum of money from his military career, Leon turned to the seedier side of life, where murders, crime and criminals harbored. Taking righteous jobs from contacts, Leon became the bane of criminal activity. A few jokes were made at the expense of a few criminals like, "If you have Deltova on your ass... you're better grass in the ground." Leon enjoyed these jokes, seeing them as a perfect fit for his line of work. He became a career assassin against criminals, and a few other people. He had learned discipline and dedication to his work through his military years and would not go back on a job ever.
Leon came to the study of Alchemy approximately three years after his discharge from the military. When he had first heard of the practice, Leon didn't think anything about it. He had been filled in on the extent of the abilities during his time in the Special Ops. Seeing no practical use for the use of Alchemy at the time, Leon went about his business as normal. As time progressed, however, an due to his resignation from the Special Ops Division, Leon came to a scientists curiosity. Repeatedly he told himself to ignore the idea, but, after seeing the arts practiced on more then a few of his mercenary missions, Leon began to become enamored with the topic. He found a local institution, asked some questions of the people there, who pointed him towards a gigantic section filled with research others had done on the topic of Alchemy. Reading through the books and notes of the many that had come before him, Leon soon was engrossed with the topic and began practicing.
Leon, after several years of practice, soon became proficient with the art of Alchemy, practicing on many different missions of his. Seeing that his missions required the use of weapons, Leon dedicated his study of Alchemy towards the field of Arsenal Alchemy. Leon soon became feared for his use of his sword and his other assorted weapons, especially his custom crafted magnum pistols, three of which he carries on his person at all times. Leon weirs his custom made sword, a katana by choice, horizontally across his back, within easy reach. Leon soon became known as the Reaper, due to his appearance in black clothes and his efficiency in his work.
After a time, Leon went forward for his State Alchemist entrance, and passed it after the second attempt. Leon had first of all tried to create a new hybrid material that would accept blows from all means of attacks, and not break, warp, or distort like most other things. Leon had prepared many different tests and experiments, but every time in his trials, he had failed, only able to come up with semi-resilient materials, and even then, they would only work to a specific extent. After many failed attempts, Leon finally, believing that he had succeeded, brought a test subject to the entry board. They took the material, named "Galantite" and subjected it to rigorous tests. Unfortunately, the board tested it in several ways that Leon had not predicted they would, and the material failed.
Determined, Leon went back and worked intently on the material, determined to making a super resilient material that could be used for civilian terms as well as military uses. Finally, after months, Leon succeeded where he had failed, having created a material renamed "Halatite". It was a light material, super flexible and able to be made into a kind of fabric. Leon, wearing the new material, brought it in and gave it to the board. They tested it in many different ways, but, the material survived for the most part. They approved Leon's material and gave him the title of State Alchemist.
Several years later, on the dawning of his 34 year, Leon grew tired with the dealings of State Alchemy and the need of a yearly inspection. Leon resigned from his job of State Alchemist and returned to his life of a Mercenary and assassination. Leon, with his knowledge of alchemy after the many years of delving into its secrets, began to incorporate kinds of alchemy that he designed into his work, become notable in name of "Loose Cannon" due to his explosive and high yeald skills.

It does not interfere with the holsters or the guns. Leon has the grenades in many different pockets in his trench-coat, all sealed in flaps.

The skills came slowly, as Leon became more and more viewed as a powerful assassin, but at a few hefty prices. Leon didn't work cheap, so his prices were higher then a lot of others, but so was the success rate. Leon, on his missions, would go out and set up different positions, mostly vantage, moving around the target with as much stealth as was possible. Then, when the time was right, Leon would strike, quickly and quietly.

Thunder Cannons:
One of the few Alchemy techniques that Leon uses frequently. Taking the bits and pieces of different metals and materials in the ground, if he is on land, Leon combines them and created several large howitzer cannons, long range bombardment weapons. Deadly at a range, but chaotically destructive up close, Leon uses these to scatter his enemies and throw them into the concussive blackness of the explosive rounds. Leon has and will never use this technique where innocents are at risk or when he is in a city or town. Leon will, however, make an exception if and only if the situation calls for it and it is unavoidable.
High Yeald:
Another one of Leon's frequent use techniques. For this one, Leon takes a bullet out of his pocket and touches it to the transmutation circles on his gloves. Leon takes and changes the bullet into a miniature bomb, and tosses it at his target. The bomb is slightly less powerful then a normal grenade, but does not give off the shrapnel that a grenade does. The bullet becomes an HE grenade of sorts, a High Explosive, giving off large sums of heat and concussive force.
